Use this form to reserve a space for the flea market

Sites are a minimum or 20×20. One vehicle may park on site
Early setup is on Friday, August 14 from 9am until 6pm
Pedestrian traffic only on Saturday from 7am to 3pm
You must be on site by 7am on Saturday but no earlier than 6am. All vendors must remain until 3pm
You will be mailed a site assignment and map with receipt of payment. First come – first served
You must take all trash from your site with you
The flea market is held rain or shine – no refunds. The monies generated by this event are used to help keep the Village in good repair. We receive no goverment support of any kind.
We have a strict no pet policy.
Please complete the registration form and mail with your check for $45 ($55 after July 15) made payable to the Chesterland Historical Foundation, P.O. Box 513, Chesterland, OH 44026. Please include a self addressed, stamped envelope for your site map and receipt.
